ARRIVING INTO MONTPELLIER
By Plane:
There are flights to Montpellier from Germany (Ryanair from Frankfurt-Hahn, Lufthansa from Münich); from the UK (Easyjet to Montpellier; Ryanair to Montpellier, Nīmes and Carcassonne); from Copenhagen (Norwegian); from Rome (Alitalia); from Rotterdam (Transavia), from Brussels (Ryanair) and 12 daily flights to and from Paris Roissy-CDG and Orly airports. Otherwise, you can also fly into Marseille, Béziers, Nīmes or Toulouse airports and request a transfer from there (prices available on request). If you take the train you should arrive at Montpellier station. There are TGVs which take around 3h15 from Paris-Gare de Lyon or Roissy-CDG airport, and also trains from Spain (TGV, Talgo, Mare Nostrum), Switzerland and Italy. Eurolines and Iberibus also operate coach services to Montpellier from many European cities.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
An airport transfer is included on arrival and departure days. Upon arrival, the student will be met in the arrivals' area of the arrival airport by our representative who will be holding a sign. Once you have met our representative you will be taken to your accommodation.
A student week begins on Sunday evening, and ends on Saturday morning. We must be informed as soon as possible if your travelling timetable does not coincide with this, but in all cases you must arrive and depart at weekends. For residential students, if you arrive before 18.30, you will have an evening meal on your arrival.
Unaccompanied Minors:
Should you have booked the service for Unaccompanied Minors with the airline and with us, please note that we have to be informed about this at least two weeks prior to your arrival! As soon as we have the information we will let you know the name of the person that will meet you at the airport. You will then have to give that name to the airline. Please understand that we are unable to organize this special UM transfer, should we receive the information later than two weeks prior to your arrival.
