No booking will be accepted without these forms. Booking this Summer Teenager Vacation is easy and can be done ONLINE and we accept most major credit cards. To reserve your son or daughter a spot on this vacation, follow these simple steps: 1) Read our terms & conditions so you know what to expect 2) Complete the BOOKING FORM below & send. (a printable version is available if you prefer to fax or mail it). 3) We require a $300 DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT payment with your booking, you may pay using your credit card or another method.If you choose to pay only the deposit, the balance will be due 45 days before your language vacation starts. If we cannot confirm you on a language vacation your payment is fully refundable Last minute bookings - If you book less than 21 days in advance, please call to check that there is space available on this vacation. Payments for these courses must be made in full. Once we have received your BOOKING and PAYMENT, we will usually confirm your booking within 72 hours and send the additional forms. Please do not book flights before you have been confirmed. It is important to register as far in advance as possible to ensure your start date is available.
